Breakpoint is a sporting clays and 5-Stand scoring and analytics app. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
We collect your email address when you create an account, your NSCA membership number if provided, and scoring data you enter into the app.
We use your information to provide the app, authenticate your account, sync your data across devices, and calculate your trial period and subscription status.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Breakpoint offers optional paid subscriptions through Apple App Store and Google Play. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple and Google. We do not store your payment information.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
Breakpoint is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email.
